The EnR Observatory, what roles and what purpose ?

The RE observatory is an organization often created by an administration, generally the State, or by an association in order to monitor the development of the use of renewable energies in a territory. The main mission of these observatories is to supplement knowledge in order to facilitate decision-making and facilitate access to information in various fields inherent to renewable energies, however, they can actively play the following roles :
✔ Quantifies and qualifies the progress of science, technology and industry in each of the disciplines inherent to renewable energies; ✔ Actively participate in the protection of natural resources and promote the implementation of sober and clean technologies; ✔ Promote national guidelines in favor of energy transition and energy management; ✔ Promote the use of clean technologies and actively participate in the popularization of practices that preserve the environment; ✔ Position itself as a key player in the development of perspectives, roadmaps, strategies and policies for the energy transition.
